It started when our family was on a road trip from Branson to Florida then cruised the Gulf Coast until we made our way to Houston, Texas.  Once in Houston we discovered an amazing Children’s Museum and booked a trip there with our four kids (ages 8,6,4 and 2). After walking around for a few hours, the kids got hungry, so we found the one and only food stall in the museum. They only offered one item, “Chicken & Waffles”, with a choice of different toppings. We never tried that combination before, but because we were hungry, we ordered several servings. Boy, were we amazed with how incredibly delicious chicken and waffles actually were!

“If you know, you know!”

We knew right then and there we were on to something. When we got home to Branson the research began, and we came up with our own special recipes, flavors and combinations to share with You!
